Returns

Returns are not accepted on custom artwork or illustrated posters.
However, in the event that the item received was damaged during transport (tears, irreversible creases, etc.), we invite you to contact us by email, providing us with photographic reports of the damage, at julie.jager.pro @gmail.com. Your request will then be processed as quickly as possible. In the event that the product is deemed damaged by our services, we will return it to you at our expense.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds on custom artwork or illustrated posters.

For print orders, with tracked shipping with insurance:

If your order is not received within 20 working days after shipment of the package, a return can be made for you, or a reimbursement of printing and shipping costs.

The personalized digital illustration having been created, it cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

You can request the cancellation of your order, within 1 hour after its validation.

After this period, your cancellation request will be subject to probation. Once the process of making the artwork or preparing it for printing has begun, no cancellations will be accepted.
